Selected assessing official comments
Schedule
Contractor has met or exceeded scheduled task order requirements. Willing to prioritize projects based on request and dredging schedule. Contractor has accommodated quick turnaround of task order awards and field equipment mobilization. Contractor has been quick to respond to EPA comments and provide additional information or analysis in order to get final reports approved. Turnaround time with EPA R6 has been markedly improved with Contractor on board.
Even with COVID restrictions affecting field crew and lab abilities, schedules have not slipped and 5 year MPRSA dates are still being met by the District.

Cost Control
Task orders have been standard and not had any cost variances that would require a modification for adjustment. All task orders have been performed at costs determined at time of contract award with outstanding performance. For a NEPA document preparation of the Environmental Assessment/FONSI for Corpus Christi Ship Channel, with several unknowns for survey requirements and ground efforts, costs have not been exceeded for the task order with a quality final product received resulting in a FONSI.

Management
The contractor’s ability to manage time, cost, and quality was exceptional. They consistently communicated with the government and ensured that all milestones were met despite delays and challenges. Not only did they meet contractual obligations, they sought out opportunities to save the government time and money while involving the technical team in sampling. Their successful management was evident in their reports and communication.
